Nagraj is dispatched to Hong Kong by a secret agency of the Indian government, where a dangerous biological weapon—“Nag Toxin-X”—is being smuggled. The sinister Fu-Shang, mysterious leader of a Chinese snake cult, plans to use this deadly toxin to enslave the entire world through poison.
